Dr. Rostamian's guiding principle is service. I don't know if I could say that about any dentist I have been to since childhood. She bends over backwards to serve her clients. When she was told what the Costco price for Sonicare toothbrushes was, she contacted the company AND got the same deal and in a two handle set! She doesn't make a dime on these, but wants her clients to have the best opportunity to care for their teeth. I don't think she would turn anyone away for lack of funds if she felt they cared about their dental health but were in a challenging place financially. She made the tooth for my implant as well as my nightguard and helped me fight with my insurance company until I received compensation from them. When the nightguard developed a crack, she called up the company and consulted on the best course of action. She was upset with their impossibly short guarantee. Perhaps she will decide to look around for another company offering the best product WITH the best guarantee.
