Strange. Very poor people skills. Allowed his dental hygienist to recommend treatment to his patient. That is a violation of a dentist code of conduct in OR. His procedures are over priced. He recommends treatment for procedures that are not necessary & pressures the patient to believe that his recommendations are necessary.

About Front Desk: Incredibly unprofessional & rude. When the front desk staff found out we were unhappy with this dentist's treatment, they were vindictive, rude & very unprofessional. They went out of their way to be vengeful.

About Hygienist: This dental hygienist had been with this dentist a very long time. She was prescribing treatment that she is not licensed to do. When we lodged a complaint, the dentist defended her violations! This practice is the "good old boys" system. Beware!
