Because I needed cost effective dentistry I was recommended to Dr. Sono. The office was very shabby but the dental work was even worse. He did a half root canal and then placed a temporary filling and then had his staff leave me a voicemail saying that he could not finish the root canal because he couldn't find the root and that I should call in for a referral to an endodontist. I called repeatedly for the referal but always got voice mail and never received a call back with a referal. My tooth ended up breaking with an exposed root and I had to have it pulled out. I am extremely disappointed in the 'care' I received from Dr. Sono and his staff.
