Constant problem. He talks way too much. By the time I'm ready to leave I'm exhausted and my ears are ringing. Constant chatter - most of it is supposed to be funny. He is irreverent since I've asked him as politely as possible to hold the chatter to a minimum
He's not as thorough as he used to be. He missed a filling. I am no longer impressed.
