Dr. McRae is definitely an "old school" dentist. His chairside manner is awful! I have a fear of dentists and attempted to explain this numerous times but he refuses to listen. I need to have extensive work done and after having him do 2 extractions, will be seeking another dentist. He refuses to give other options other than HIS opinion and doesn't listen to the patients' point of view.
The front office staff and assistants are wonderful, caring ladies. Hence, the great customer service rating.)
About Hygienist: My son's experience with the hygienist was great, he had no complaints.
