Absolutely horrible. Old, grumpy man who argued with me the entire time about stuff. Also, ran a "one-man" office. He would have to stop working on me to get the phone constantly. He insisted on putting in a surface crown without anesthesia stating it wouldn't be needed. Mid-way through the drilling I begged to please be numbed, he seemed irritated (AGAIN). Two months later I still had pain, went to ANOTHER dentist who had to totally re-do Dr Ackers work and said he did a horrible job. I have much more details but too long to fit in this space.
