I went to Dr. Marshall because she is a LVI trained dentist for a 2nd opinion of a complex issue that was aggravated by another dentist. Her office staff asked for X-rays. My dentist sent one X-ray with a note. Her evaluation was based solely on what was written in that inaccurate note. I was told over the phone that the visit would be an hour but it was only 1/2 hour. She did not evaluate the concerns I went to see her for. After she evaluated the issue addressed in the note, she finished her exam and quickly exited me out of the office. She did not listen when I tried to tell her that I was having jaw issues, headaches, and bite issues/pain one whole side of my mouth after the other dentist's office under-contoured a filled tooth then shaved off multiple unfilled teeth. It's frustrating that she did lot listen to me because otherwise I thought she would have been a good dentist.
