Dr. Jim is a very nice and thorough dentist. I have never had an issue with anesthesia (completely painless) or a procedure. He has done and redone fillings in the same visit just because they weren't exactly how he would like them to be. I've had others that just tell you to come back if you need more filing. It's a very small practice (just him and his wife) so it is very personal and welcoming. Not a big box practice!

About Front Desk: Barb at the desk is also very friendly and knows her stuff. She is very helpful in helping you with your insurance and billing needs.
