While Dr. Clifford is pleasant and thorough in chair side care, the dental hygentists have not made a good impression on the family with the care provided. They were rough with the teeth cleaning and not considerate about the discomfort during the visit. When the matter was discussed, it was presented that it was our issue not theirs. There is a disconnect from the dentist to the rest of the practice.
