This guy highly values your teeth as a source of income to finance his next vacation. Don't even mention the word extraction in his office, no matter the condition of your teeth or the insurance you have/don't have. He isn't concerned with your financial situation. He simply wants your teeth to remain in your mouth so that he can continue to siphon money from you and/or your insurance. Really pathetic, in my opinion. He thinks he should be allowed to judge you and your lifestyle. My teenage son was freaked out by him because he talked to him as if he was a 5 year old child. He refuses to return to this guy's office.

About Front Desk: Kelly is the office barracuda. Don't ask questions since you'll never get a straight answer out of this one. She acts as if everything is just TOO MUCH TROUBLE!
