Doctor Neil is the nicest dentisit ever!
I had to switch dentists when i moved to Philadelphia from Hartford CT.
I was very pleased with his sincerity, somthing you don't find in doctors or dentists any longer. He is a sincere and great dentist. I hope he graduates with success from UPenn and comes back to be a great dentist again!
