I went to this doctor because I had a bridge at the front of my
mouth because I was in a car accident. The bridge would not
hold any longer. I wanted to see if I could have a partial made to replace the bridge.Dr. Wasko was very abrupt with me. She said that I had a million dollar mouth because I had had a lot of dental work. She also said that I would never tolerate a partial.She went on to say that I would need all of this work. I told her that I was now on disability because I had had
surgery and no longer had dental insurance. I was in tears.
She left the room were she was examining me and never came back in. She didn't want to hear about my situation. She charged me $100.00 for all the stress that she caused me. I found that entire experience unethical. Her office staff had good
customer service but she certainly didn't care about my situation
or feelings. How did she think she could get money out of someone on disability. She would have been better off just saying that she couldn't help me.
