I very much like Dr. Cantor - and his office is absolutely beautiful.
However, I have stopped going to Dr. Cantor because of his office staff. I showed up at an appointment that they confirmed a few days prior, and when I got there they said that my appointment was not that day and they couldn't squeeze me in.
I made a second appointment, and when they called to confirm, it was at a totally different time than what I agreed to. I can't waste time going to an appointment which may or may not be there.
