If I could give negative stars, I would. They have been stealing money from my account. I authorized a one time payment to make a payment on an old bill, but they continued to charge my account 3 more times and once for an amount that was NEVER agreed upon. I contacted the office and the receptionist was extremely rude and said inappropriate things to me. When I told her they stole my money, she screamed at me and hung up the phone. DO NOT EVER make a payment over the phone with them or they will continue to charge your account if you still owe anything.
Additionally, I have never had a root canal hurt as bad as the one I got from Dr. Monda. And I continue to have pain in that tooth 2 years later! I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone.
