I just started going to Dr. Sacks and have found him and his office staff to be wonderful. I HATED the dentist and actually would have a panic attack when going but they are so friendly and wonderful I am calm and relaxed during the entire visit. he has music playing and he makes you feel comfortable in every way during and work. He just fixed a broken tooth for me yesterday and I barely knew he was working on it. He also is genuinely concerned. He always asks me to call the next day just to give him an update as to how I am feeling and to make sure I'm not in any discomfort.
About Hygienist: I regret that I don't remember the Hygienist's name but she was helpful and pleasant throughout. She had me in the chair for about a 1/2 hour and was thorough.
