Dr. Levy did several of my crowns. He actually answered his own phone as he had no other staff. His office is moderate, older and clean. He is a great dentist but I found him to be a bit gruff. He did not numb my gums before shots and did not seem very concerned that I experienced pain during the procedure. His attitude was the pain would be over soon so get over it. He sets his own hours and does provide emergency service even working weekends. He was an out of network dentist as he did preferred to set his own rates not have an insurance plan set them. He did process my insurance forms though.
