Very money oriented. Always pushing for high $ treatments. Had different occassions when the staff did not communicate our aptt changes to the doctor, or scheduled treatments that we had requested to be skipped. However when we had 1 no show due to confusion, we got slapped with a 2 hr fee, even though we were never given a 2 hr aptt in the past ( despite many repeated requests ). This caused a lot of grief, and we are no longer patients.
The facilities are good, and staff is friendly, but if things slip through the cracks, they will make sure that you will pay the price, not them, regardless of who was at fault.
