Fred doesn't even have a web site because he gains so much business from referrals he doesn't need it! He and his staff are always cheerful, helpful, and professional. I have bad teeth so I am there every six months for cleanings and usually find at least one thing to fix. So, I see them every three months or so. I am one of many that gets very tense at a dentists office. He calms me by offering nitrous gas, regularly asking me if I'm okay, touching my shoulder softly and reassuringly if I start white knuckling again. He stops if I need to regroup. I was referred to specialists for root canals even though he regularly does them himself. He said, "I can probably do this, but your tooth looks a little different. I'd rather send you to a specialist than start it myself and find it's too complicated for me." Yay! A realistic self-assessment and concern first for me and not his reputation.
