About Front Desk: At my last cleaning I was told I would need some fillings and was given a detailed print out of how much the total cost would be with my insurance. I scheduled the appointment and had the fillings done about a month ago where I paid in full the total amount. A few days ago I received a bill that I owe them money so I called their office and explained that I already paid exactly what was not covered by insurance. I was basically told oh well you owe us more. Cancelled my next cleaning and will be using a different dentist. There are too many dentists to use one that is going to be dishonest.
