Sandy is the one who you first see know one else could be more charming and helpful. Dr. Lon's wife works there and has been very nice and helpful also I just don't see her very often. You deal with Sandy & Dr. Lon not a whole pack!
They answer every question to the best of their ability. If they don't know the answer (especially with insurance) they will find out for you and get back with you AND I mean within a day or maybe 2 at most!
About Hygienist: Dr. Lon does it all. He is the only one that works on you.
It is very one on one and personal. He feels he can only know your teeth well if he is the one working on them!
