I wasn't properly numbed. When I told Dr. Webb this, he told me to "tough it out". After the root canal, I was fitted for a crown. It was improperly placed and had to be adjusted 5 times. When it was still too tight, he refused to adjusted it again. Pressure built in the crown and later lead to a severe abscess. I was on strong antibiotics and an oral surgeon had to completely remove the tooth, saying it was the worst root canal he'd seen. I ended up spending over $1000 in emergency room visits, medications and doctor bills to take care of Dr. Webb's shotty work. That's not including what I had paid to Dr. Webb for the original root canal. It's because of this and poor doctor/patient treatment that my entire family left Dr. Webb's practice 2 years ago after being his patients for 20 years. He had become rude and uncaring as to our dental needs and it became necessary to find another dentist. I wouldn't recommend him under any circumstances.

About Front Desk: There was a delay, and sometimes even no filing of insurance forms. We had several occasions when we were turned over to collections, only to find that Dr. Webb's office had not even submitted the bills. Once we submitted the bills ourselves, the insurance company promptly paid. Karen was extremely unfriendly in later years and part of the reason we left Dr. Webb's care.

About Hygienist: Even though the hygienist performed fairly well, we can no longer use her because she's an employee of Dr. Webb. I actually regret that this affected our relationship with her. she was always professional and she also questioned Dr. Webb about the lack of sedation and numbing during painful procedures.

Hygiene time: 30

I know this doctor: 20 years
