She's a very good dentist and knows to recommend me to someone else when a specialty is needed. It's true that Kathleen is serious about her hygiene work, but I noticed she could have done better when I compared her to another hygenist I tried. My main problem is with the receptionist who overcharged me and also did not call me when the office was closed on my appointment day. The office is low on technology as in the lack of email communication.
