Office staff very nice, office clean. The dentist? When I told him my new crowns didn't feel right and felt short, making my other teeth hit hard, my front teeth especially. He caught an attitude and said " are you telling me my crowns are short? I said " i'm telling you my teeth are not hitting correctly" His answer was "what did "you" do to your bite since the last time you were here? and blamed it on my Chiropractor, who adjusted my neck a week earlier. Needless to say I saw another dentist who sent me to a bit specialist, he is afraid that I may need to redo all my crowns but are worried of removing more tooth material to correct this. I am nervous, worried and can't eat well because of this inconsiderate Dentist. Not to mention his "man handling" my jaw when he grabbed my jaw and tried to force move it to make the bite line up the way he wanted it to. Not happy with this dentist at all. We could have worked this out together until his egotistical attitude and physical roughness surfaced.
About Hygienist: The hygienist was kind. But I feel she is saving her job and not saying anything, The bad bite, is very obvious, its is visible and the paper slides out from my teeth easily.
