My husband went in 2008 for a root canal, paid his out of pocket up front, his insurance was billed, and now the same tooth broke. he saw a different dentist who, after doing xrays and an examination, informed him that a root canal was never done! Now he is in excrutiating pain with an infection and Dr. Cooper refused to fix it. They would not even examine him until he paid a "remaining" $100 (after the out of pocket was paid and insurance paid?) and said they did the procedure in May but he was to have it finished in October(??) and he no showed his appointment. ummm, no. Their office mistook him for his father, of the same name.
