Dr. Hochhauser is a good denist. He is the only one in my plan that I am happy with (not a very good insurance plan, though). I absolutely love his hygenist, Annette. Very thorough and a pleasure to talk to. I am not at all happy with their appointment setting. I called the end of May to set an appt., and was told I could not. NOTHING, ANY DAY OR TIME, was available through August. They would put me on a list INCASE something became available. In the meantime I should try to call back in June to see if they would have their computer time available for me to set up an appt. in September. Not that they would call me, but I should keep checking with them. All I want is a cleaning!!! Very poor customer service.
