I went to see Dr. Thompson for some cosmetic dentistry. During the course of this work, one of the dental procedures caused the loss of one of my teeth. Dr. Thompson installed a bridge to replace that tooth. The bridge did not match other teeth and was sized incorrectly. I asked Dr. Thompson if the lab could redo the bridge. He stated 'that was the best that they could do". I've since had all work replaced by another local dentist that I am very pleased with. Dr. Thompson's staff was very friendly and helpful but the dental work performed was well below what was expected.
