Dr Pate and his staff treated me disrespectfully and indifferently during two of my three visits this year. I feel as though I wasted my time and money on his services. My most recent visit was over an hour long, with about 15 minutes of face time (both hygienists and Dr Pate cumulatively) and I still left with no treatment or recommendations for problem resolution. In fact, it wasn't until the end of the appointment that he said he didn't even work with veneers - the sole reason for the visit, which had been discussed with reception and two different hygienists! He introduced himself to me and began conversation as if I were a new patient, when it was my third visit this year! His lack of acknowledgment to my building loyalty, the extremely long wait times and the unprofessional demeanor of his staff ensured that I will never use him again. Withholding exaggeration, it was by far the worst dental experience I have ever had; and I have had years of serious dental work done. My review is based entirely on his unprofessional attitude, lack of attention to my needs as a patient, and the snottiness of his hygienists and receptionists. I would not recommend All Care Dentistry, or Dr. James E. Pate to anyone.
