Dr. Swang has been my dentist for 20 years. He has always been straight forward, effective and very accommodating to my scheduling needs. Over the 20 years I had at least 2 emergencies on a weekend, one of which he went above and beyond and opened his office for me on a Sunday afternoon to examine my situation and provide me immediate temporary relief until he could see me on Monday. He has done many procedures including several root canals, crowns and general dentistry issues. Each experience has been as best as can be expected considering the situation at hand. Upon completing each procedure he always personally follows up with a phone call at home in the evening to check and see how I was doing and answer any questions regarding any residule pain or discomfort. His office staff is wonderful and always returns calls promptly after leaving voice mails. I am in the process of having all of my children move from their pediatric dentist to his office for their on going needs.
