When I was having my teeth cleaned, Dr.Rosenthal said that I was
grinding my teeth at night and had a night guard made for $500.
When I used the guard,it had to be adjusted after 1 & 2 nights.
The third time Dr. Rosenthal ground down my bottom molars,
even though they were capped. After the injection wore off I was
in excruciating pain I called Dr. and she said to take Advil and go see
a maxiofacial dentist.3 days later, I had to call my medical insurance provider, because Dr.
office was closed and she couldn't see me. Spoke to Nurse at United Healthcare said that "your jaw
is probably dislocated & go to ER" .Several ER visits later, I saw a jaw specialist who made 2 splints for $2800.

I've had jaw surgery & ontinue to see jaw Dr.Since my molars were ground down,
molars were ground down, my teeth do not meet on that side and I cannot chew properly.
