I came to this office for a second opinion. Everyone in the office was very friendly. Debbie, Diane/a?, and very supportive and showed concern. I thank Dr. Ratcliff for his honesty and he is very personable. A side note . Dr. Ratcliff was able to save a tooth that was scheduled for extraction ( from another dentist who was adamant could not be saved). I wish I had known about Dr. Ratcliff several years ago. Debbie let me pester her with all sorts of details. I am hoping for complete success with a new bridge. Highly recommend this practice.
