I've been seeing Dr. Dawes for over 10 years. He does excellent work -- at least 8 crowns over the years (including four on front teeth that I wore down over the years), not one of which have been redone, leaked, or have become uncomfortable. The office waiting room is very comfortable and the staff is great and never keeps me or anyone else waiting, which is pretty unusual for a medical practice (and something they pride themselves on). Dr. Dawes is extremely considerate when it comes to pain management and can usually sense that more anesthetic is needed before I even become aware of it. But the best compliment is that, unlike other dentists I've used in the past, he doesn't push services on me. He's used in fillings where other dentists might have gone to a crown, doesn't lecture excessively about my not-the-best dental maintenance habits -- in short, no complaints and I highly recommend his (and his office's) services. I'm not really sure how to rate the cost as I have dental insurance, but he doesn't seem to charge over the "usual and customary" rate that the insurance company allows. I'm not using "extremely cheap" mostly because the office is pretty fancy. I give Dr. Dawes and his staff an A+
