I have to admit that I haven't used Dr. Devine in well over a year. The facilities are very nice, clean, and the staff was usually very friendly and patient. I had a couple of issues though. I am a single mother of two kids, and money is tight. I felt like they tried to push some of the extras on me. Fluoride, for instance. I knew my kids wouldn't keep up with it, but they kept trying to get me to take it. By the time I left, I was very upset because they made me feel guilty for not buying it. The other issue had to do with paperwork and charting. I had taken my son once and had sealants put in because they were covered by insurance. The next time we went in, they did some more work. I got a my EOB from the insurance company telling me it wasn't covered. Turns out, they did the same teeth again (like I would remember which teeth were done before) and didn't even notice it in the chart. Again, until my last visit, I had no issues. The kids didn't even mind going to the dentist. I just felt like they had lost focus on the patients and were more interested in making money.
