My husband started seeing Dr Dyson last year. My son & I had our first visit this summer. The office is in a new building, the reception room is elegantly decorated and comfortable, but I've not had long waits at all. I had cleaning & x-rays, was fitted for an NTI for my nighttime clenching, and am very happy with it. They offer a whitening kit for new patient, and I was fitted with the whitening trays as well. Using digital equipment, I was shown the areas where I need work done and areas that will be monitored, and pictures were recorded for future comparison. The exam was thorough, and Dr Dyson explained all the whats&whys of the treatment plan well. I was given a printed copy of my treatment plan showing my expected cost, reccomended order of treatment, and no pressure about when to schedule. The staff is very friendly and professional.
