I have been using Dr. Eggleston for almost a year. During this time I have found the dental care provided to be adequate. However, the office has missed appointments (yes, I confirmed with them the day before...only to arrive and be told they don't have me in the books...), and gotten the billing wrong on my account for 6 months and running. The invoiced me, I paid the invoice...they sent a receipt, and then they invoiced me again with a late fee.
Honestly, it is far more trouble than it is worth to go to this dentist. I will be looking for a new dentist in Austin and have been disappointed with the service at this office.
