Very good in my estimation. I've already recommended Dr Glennon to a couple of friends who went and all agreed it's a good experience. Comfortable, professional and calm. A couple of "real world" experiences are: Wide range of magazines in the lobby for grownups and kids (not just 5 year old Highlights).........the insurance hassle is almost invisible and the smiley ladies at reception figure it all out and give me an EZ to understand $ printout BEFORE I get in the chair-if I ask a couple of questions they get answered and it's done.........never had to beg, plead or persuade for a second booster shot of novacaine. I've had root canals and napped while they were done........they use a deadener before they shoot the novacaine and I never feel a thing. Dr Glennon is the only dentist I ever saw who did this. I can't believe all dentists don't do this.......a TV to watch in the room and they give you the remote and everything. Everyone's so friendly and nice it's like the old Austin for those who remember it. It's a releif to have confidence in a health care provider I could never go back to any other way.
