I had xrays and a cleaning done. I have dental insurance which I made sure to call before when I was setting up my appointment and asked them if they accept my insurance. They said they absolutely do but what they forgot to tell me is that they were out of network and that I would be charged an extra hundred dollars on top of the hundred and fifty I gave to them at the office. All they could say is that my dental insurance didn't cover the panaromic xrays which they took but never went over that it's going to cost extra. My money is very important to me and for them to act like they can just take it and not make you aware of the situation beforehand is appauling. I will not be returning after that financial fiasco.
