The office is clean and ran efficiently. However, the doctor did not have a soothing manner when working with scared patients. Due to this, he was not able to successfully complete the procedure that needed to be done. Our other visits went ok, when the patient was not scared. While we were patients for several years, after seeing how the dentist handled this situation we began looking for a new provider.
