Great staff, nice office, dentist is either a liar or incompetent.
The staff could not be nicer here. Hygienist was both enjoyable to talk to and good at her job. Equipment appears new and the office itself is quite nice.
I was pressured to get new bitewing x-rays dieing my visit even though I had x-rays on file that were only a year old. In response to the pressure, I told the dentist that I was refusing the x-rays based on the American Dental Association's guidelines, which call for x-rays every 2-3 years. She said I was mistaken and that bitewings are recommended by the ADA every year. This is absolutely untrue. Look it up. She is either a liar or incompetent but neither is a quality I want in my dentist.
