I had gone to this dentist for years. I even had referred patients to him. There was an issue with a procedure done before. It was like we needed to get the same procedure done EVERY year. Either it was shoddy work OR the craftsmanship of the product was not meant to last in order to turn over every year. This doctor became very money driven-not sure if all dentists are geared to be or what. We had to have a certain amount of $$ or else. We didn't even discuss treatment anymore, just $$. His office manager Linda could be TWICE as rude @ times. It became too stressful to have to approach either one anymore about anything. Perhaps there was a change of life involved & we just got caught up in both instances. Not sure. We have not gone back since.
About Front Desk: Linda, the office manager has forgotten her manners @ times. I dreaded having to speak to her or calling in.
