The office is very nice and they use state-of-the art tools/procedures. I've experienced very little pain and the hygenist has always been very nice.
My only complaint is the relatively constant "upselling" pressure. I can't count the number of times they've recommended teeth whitening, teeth straightening, etc. They even had me sit through a commercial for one of their services while I had my teeth cleaned (of course they have tv's at each chair). They are very nice and very considerate, but I can't help feel that the hygenists work on commission with regards to the products they sell.
