The staff working for Dr. Kozlow are rude. He charges unreasonable fees for petty tasks, like getting a copy of results for the services you already paid for. I don't necessarily think Dr. Kozlow is a bad dentist. I do, however, think he is an aggressive salesman and is running his business to maximize profits not necessarily to benefit you. In capatilistic America, everyone has this right. I just want the consumer to know that he will try to sell you more than you *may* need and that you can get the same services done at the same quality at other places. I prefer my dentist to be a good dentist over a good businessman. Or he/she can be both, but when he/she puts business ahead of dentistry, that's where I draw the line.
