He's a big teddy-bear when it comes to pain (drilling is avoided when possible), and he never recommends excessive work (he's not "crown-happy"). His office does offer Waterlase, which is a plus, and he's very good at it. The negative is he's pricey, and if you're looking at an insurance change, they don't take most of them except as out-of-network, don't expect a compromise.
