I have been seeing Dr. Noble since 1984. In that time I have recommeded him to several other people. My son (20 yrs old) has been seeing him for his whole life. Dr. Noble focuses on two main issues - quality of care and patient comfort. I believe him to be tops on ethics (he will not do what you do not need), excellent practioneer (he is highly skilled and up on the new techniques), he is available, and he contains expenses to keep his costs reasonable. He also runs a good office,a nd his office help has always been and currently is very professional and they know what they are doing. I have no reservations about recommending him, he is great.
