Dr. Strader has been our family dentist since I was a child. I now bring my two daughters ages 4 and 5 to get their cleanings.
I know my kids are well taken care of and that all the materials Dr. Strader uses are not harmful to their overall body health. He tells me he has not placed a silver, mostly mercury, filling in several decades. That is important to me. Every filling is filled with BPA free composite/plastic.
Dr. Strader placed veneers on my teeth and they look like they grew there. There is no ugly silver line by the gums becuase they are all metal free. I get compliments on my smile from strangers and I feel comfortable smiling all of the time.
He is not the cheapest dentist out there, but I don't want cheap materials in my mouth or the mouths of my family. I know I am getting better than I am paying for. I haven't had any problems with insurance, Hazel takes care of all of that for me. She files all the paperwork and I just pay my portion.
You will love this practice if you give them a try.
About Hygienist: I really can't say enough nice things. The hygenists are super sweet and do a great job while still being gentle. The assistant is very friendly and skilled as well.
