Dr. Strader is an intelligent man and a competent dentist but there are several issues you need to be aware of.
1. Most of today's clinical, dental literature recommends savings as much of the natural teeth as possible. In my experience he does not buy into this as a philosophy. His instinct is to remove as much of the teeth as possible and put a crown in its place. I've had 4 crowns and would describe the outcome as average, but not very successful. I now have to have one of them replaced due to extreme temperature sensitivity. There have also been issues with food particles getting stuck between a couple of the crowns. Again, I have been able to eat etc so it's not like it was a complete failure. I've had other tooth wear and he made no suggestions on how to slow it down. My sense is that he'd prefer to wait until it's bad enough to warrant another crown.
2. His style is not one of suggesting options and pros and cons. He will develop a point of view on what is to be done and you will submit to it or not.
About Hygienist: His hygienists are generally quite good, though they don't seem to stick around for more than a year. Thorough and pretty gentle as well as personable.
