The first several visits I had with this dentist were great. His staff and he did a good job, and the free whitening is a nice perk. I recommend him for any simple procedures - however, if you need something serious, please find a dentist specialising in dental surgery. I chose to find another dentist because of a mistake that this dentist made, then initially refused to pay for to have fixed by a specialist (though he verbally agreed to do so when the accident happened) until the 'legal dogs' of an insurance company were invoked. We all make mistakes, but taking responsiblity for your actions is key, and I felt that he failed to do so until pressured. As long as you're just looking for simple checkups, cleanings or fillings, this office is good, but please, go to a specialist if it's surgery... you can't grow your teeth back!
