Dr Connors staff is extremely uncaring and unprofessional. I needed to be referred out to an orhto and they TOLD ME where I had to go. They DIDNT tell me it was out of network but DID quote me the IN NETWORK cost. The procedure that they said would be 125.00 was 550.00. When I called to speak to them about it they refused to take any responsibility and didn't apologize for their error. I spoke to Dr Connor directly about this and was given the same treatment. No apology! The ortho they sent me to did a terrible job and less than 2 months later, my tooth cracked in half below the bone and it had to be pulled after all. Pain at the ortho and charge of 550.00 was a total waste. All Dr. Connor is interested in is taking your money. WARNING: FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST!
