Very dissapointed in the follow-up. After spending so much money on the veneers you suggested i was hoping for a better upkeep and mateinace support, it is very frustrating calling your office trying to get an appointment and get the same response. I was instructed by your staff that i should increase my visi to every 3 months. This was due to the fact that becasue it so hard to get an appointment i am know having more dental issues; Well i still have the same problems wheni call it the same excuse. I like the vineers but if i had know the customer service would be so poor i would have done them at a place that offer better customer support after. Someone suggested i send this e-mail but then other sated that they problem dont answer these e-mail either.
