Like many I experience anxiety in the dentist chair. Dr. Cox is impatient and terse when it comes to giving a patient time to calm down.
His work needs improvement. I have fillings located between teeth and because of how they were done food collects there when I eat. My friend used to go to him and she has the same problem. Another friend, required a root cananl. Dr. Cox started drilling on him without numbing him first. When the patient said he was in pain, Dr. Cox said he would have to refer him to someone else. I understand the right to refuse service, would of appreciated it if Dr. Cox had done so up front instead of being passive agressive about it.
Why did I stay for 8 years? He was recommended to my parents when I was a child and I didn't try anyone new until I became an adult.
