Dr. Tim Oakes is a highly skilled dentist from a technical perspective. Additionally, he has an excellent knowledge of modern medicine and dentistry. Equally important, he is an empathetic, very caring person, who strives to make all of his patients feel relaxed and comfortable. His waiting area provides the sense of being in the midst of a man who has great respect for his staff, and procedure rooms are immaculately clean. Dr. Oakes has carefully chosen his staff to fit the microcosim of his office, and they are all very loyal to Dr. Oakes. Dr. Oakes is a man of high moral standards, who sets an excellent example for his staff. Finally, he is a man of diverse interests outside of dentistry. I would highly recommend Dr. Tim Oakes to anyone seeking a compassionate and highly skilled dentist. Having trained at Harvard Medical School, I have sense of the quality of Dr. Oakes' work.

About Front Desk: Rhonda and Tina, who staff at the front desk of Dr. Oakes' office are very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and diligent. They are well acquainted with different dental insurance company policies concerning coverage for different procedures. Additionally, their manners and effectiveness on the telephone, including followups inquiring about patients' health following a dental procedure are exemplary.
